We do assessments via customizing structured interviews, group exercises, case studies, in-tray exercises, role plays, strategic challenges according to the needs of the company
Our key success factor in assessment centre projects is the special design for individual feedback sessions that is vital for the success of the whole assessment process. All the feedback sessions are conducted by expert coaches whose main focus is to create awareness around the development of the candidate rather than transferring information about the results of the report.
Using state of the art tools such as Facet 5, Teamscape, Strategic Leader View, Leadership Circle Profile, and Leadership Culture Survey we are able to access to information around business skills and potential around leadership for candidates.
