Development Coaching

• After determining the development goals, it is recommended to execute Development Coaching sessions every 4-6 months.

•  Evaluating all results by obtaining 360-degrees feedback before the final development coaching session will increase the impact of the process.

Follow-up of the Process

Between sessions, the coach follow the action / assignments; also supports the development of the person by sharing resources if necessary.
